The Fellows' Garden in Sidney is not at all formal, it is almost a patch of country within the city. Although not well known, it is (unlike the Master's Garden) open to the public.

In the distance through the trees is the spire of All Saints Church in Jesus Lane. To the right is part of Blundell Court, one of Sidney's accommodation blocks.
Sidney Sussex College

Sidney Sussex College (referred to informally as "Sidney") is a constituent college of the University of Cambridge.
The college was founded in 1596 and named after its foundress, Frances Sidney, Countess of Sussex. It was from its inception an avowedly Puritan foundation: some good and godlie moniment for the mainteynance of good learninge. Oliver Cromwell was among the first students (although his father became ill and he never graduated), and his head is now buried beneath the College's Ante-Chapel.

Church of All Saints, Cambridge

All Saints is a church on Jesus Lane, which was built by the architect G F Bodley. The church was constructed between 1863 and 1870 and, as a notable example of the Gothic Revival style and the Arts and Crafts Movement, is a Grade I listed building ( LinkExternal link ). It is no longer a parish church, but has been under the care of the Churches Conservation Trust since 1981.
