Our train was held on Staverton passing loop SX7863 : Passing loop at Staverton while railway volunteers inspected under the train. It was not clear whether they suspected damage or a mechanical fault.
South Devon Railway

The South Devon Railway is a heritage railway from Totnes to Buckfastleigh in Devon, alongside the River Dart. It is the course of a former GWR line built in 1872. It was previously known as the Dart Valley Railway. The Railway is operated by the South Devon Railway Trust.
