A lower quadrant semaphore signal on the approach to Staverton passing loop. The bridge here crosses both the River Dart and (by an 1872 extension) the railway, and is listed grade 2 (list entry 1308578).
South Devon Railway

The South Devon Railway is a heritage railway from Totnes to Buckfastleigh in Devon, alongside the River Dart. It is the course of a former GWR line built in 1872. It was previously known as the Dart Valley Railway. The Railway is operated by the South Devon Railway Trust.
