Hotel, St Peter's Street, Maidstone
The hotel, which some have observed resembles toilet roll, opened in 2010 and was the 'proud' winner of the Maidstone's ugliest building by Kent Online readers in 2014 receiving 75% of the vote. Others are more polite simply saying it has a distinct appearance, featuring an unusual shape and the inventive use of colour.
