NT4481 : Sandbank, Aberlady Bay

taken 7 years ago, near to Aberlady, East Lothian, Scotland

Sandbank, Aberlady Bay
Sandbank, Aberlady Bay
Gullane Sands, parallel ridges of sand which cross the mouth of Aberlady Bay. One sandbank in particular is quite high and floods quite late, which is rather reassuring. Still a while to low water though and I was heading towards land.
