The Parabola Restaurant on the top floor has a separate entrance and lift, so that the restaurant can be open when the museum is closed.
Design Museum, London
In 2016 the Design Museum moved to the site in Kensington formerly occupied by the Commonwealth Institute, incorporating its notable parabolic roof into a new building.
The museum covers product, industrial, graphic, fashion and architectural design. It was founded in 1989 on a site in Bermondsey, by Tower Bridge.
