Severn Valley Railway - 'Crab' departing Bridgnorth
This is LMS Hughes 'Crab' 2-6-0 mixed traffic engine and is the last of its kind in operation. A further one is in the National Collection at York and a third is incomplete in parts in Lincolnshire. It is normally based at the East Lancashire Railway but was visiting for a winter steam gala. It is seen here in Crimson Lake Livery (....for those of you watching in black and white the pink is next to the green - a famous snooker commentary gaffe).
