By Yates, Cook & Derbyshire, 1970, for Eastern Counties Newspapers. Steel-framed, clad in ribbed concrete and set behind a flint wall ("presumably there to demonstrate vernacular roots"). Norwich should look after it as the city has few examples of Brutalist architecture.
