Autotrain arriving at Staverton
Autotrain arriving at Staverton
Pannier tank No. 6412 is arriving with an autocoach on a short shuttle from Buckfastleigh. Built in 1934 for the Great Western Railway, pannier tank engine 6412 was used for shunting, short-haul freight and light passenger work. She was lovingly restored at Buckfastleigh in 1969 and, after some years on the West Somerset Railway, now works on the South Devon Railway.
