These works commenced yesterday causing severe delays to traffic leaving the hospital grounds. Tailbacks down North Road this morning affected traffic entering Barnstaple from several directions.

Westerway Plain Junction

In 2017 work was carried out to alter this junction from traffic light control to roundabout traffic flow.
