Link. The South Norfolk Cache Trail traverses Dunston Common.
Dunston Common extends over 2.3ha (5.68 acres) of land and is managed by the Norwich Fringe Project. It comprises a large open area of grassland in the east and an area of semi-mature woodland in the west, where there is a good selection of veteran and mature trees. The current management involves birch and sycamore thinning and replanting with hazel, holly, rowan and oak.
