The restoration work includes the replacement of 35 tonnes of Welsh slate, the repair of the dormer windows and the re-rendering and re-pointing of five of the chimneys.

Tredegar House under wraps, 2017

Scaffolding was erected round Tredegar House during the winter 2016/7.
This was to enable repairs to be made to the roof and other areas of the house.
Access to climb and see the work in progress will be available during 2017.
Tredegar House is in the care of the National Trust.
