The crossroads on the B3227, seen here in late afternoon sun, straddles a gridline; the far side with the lane to Huntshaw Cross, is in SS5421, where there is a youngish conifer plantation on the north side. SS5521 : St Giles in the Wood: the B3227 looks up the road to the right from the corner.
