Thames clippers are a ferry service between West London and East London along the River Thames. Putney is the westerly terminus and Woolwich Arsenal Pier the easterly terminal.

The London Eye at a height of 135 metres (443 ft), is the largest Ferris wheel in Europe, and has become the most popular paid tourist attraction in the United Kingdom, visited by over three million people in one year. At the time it was erected, in 1999, it was the tallest Ferris wheel in the world.

Westminster Millennium Pier is on the River Thames, in the City of Westminster. It is operated by London River Services and served by various river transport and cruise operators. It is located next to Westminster Bridge on the north bank of the Thames, and is close to one of London's most promininent landmarks, Big Ben. It opened in 2000.
