Havant: the rare King Edward VIII cipher
Havant: the rare King Edward VIII cipher
As Edward VIII reigned for only 11 months, very few post office buildings carry his royal cipher. This one, rather neatly carved out of the regular red brickwork, is above the original main door of SU7206 : Havant: Royal Mail Delivery Office.
