NG9673 : At the Bealach Mhèinnidh

taken 1 year ago, 3 km from Letterewe, Highland, Great Britain

At the Bealach Mhèinnidh
At the Bealach Mhèinnidh
A rather dramatic place; the slopes to the south that we've just ascended are open and grassy, then you reach this narrow pass through the line of cliffs on the northern side of Meall Mhèinnidh and Beinn Làir, which drops you down to the Fionn Loch.
We dumped the rucksacks here for slightly over an hour whilst we bagged Beinn Làir.
