A4 Froxfield
A4 Froxfield
Until the M4 motorway was completed in Wiltshire in the early 1970s the A4, more romantically known as the Great West Road, was the main route for road traffic from West London to the West Country cities of Bath and Bristol. It is less busy now. Quite wide, the A4 was once notorious for having a three-lane configuration.
