From Land to Beach
From Land to Beach
Since its breach in December 2013, there is almost no indication that there was ever a road or land on this low tide beach route from 'Spurn Point Island'. Only remnants of the heavy concrete slabs that formed the road are about 100m eastwards of the position and can be seen in the sea at low tides. The breach distance was measured at 0.46 miles between the 'Spurn Island' and the mainland.
