The fences (and their junction here) are shown on the 1:25000 map. The fence that is shown receding into the distance is also marked on the map as being part of the boundary of Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park; the National Park is on this side of it.

Parts of Highlandman's Wood can be seen in the right background. To judge by the online 1:25000 mapping that was current at the time of writing, the edge of the woods ought to have been directly ahead, along the line of the fence, but NS2885 : The upper edge of Highlandman's Wood does not currently extend that far.
