The parterre garden at Cliveden
The parterre garden at Cliveden
Viewed from the terrace of Cliveden House. Cliveden was once the home of Waldorf and Nancy Astor, and played a minor role in the Profumo scandal of 1963. The house is now a luxury hotel but the extensive gardens and parkland are in the care of National Trust. The parterre garden covers over 6 acres and features in 4 grid squares.
