South West Water - Chyandour
This is a sewage pumping station for the town of Penzance. Two large bore exhausts testify to the presence of diesel generating sets, presumably for emergency use. The station nestles behind an impressive sea wall and is alongside the railway line. It is passed by a footpath to Marazion.
