Bristol Cathedral and City Hall
Bristol Cathedral and City Hall
The Cathedral is mediaeval in origin and much reworked in the nineteenth century. City Hall has a gargantuan crescent-shaped frontage in telephone-exchange Georgian style, designed in the 1930s but not completed until 1956. The picture was taken on a sunny June evening.
