This red brick tower is part of a former Co-operative Wholesale Society Livingstone Mills complex situated to the east of Howard Street. The tower is topped by a steel plate water tank. The windows of the tower have been boarded up and a ladder with a platform is visible on the north facing side of the structure. The CWS lettering underneath the water tank, whether painted or enamelled on, appears to have endured well. The attached building is occupied by a cleaning products supplier.
