In June 2017 The Bank is a cafe, bar & bistro. It was previously a bank branch, most recently a National Westminster. Before its conversion to a bank, the building was the Golden Lion Hotel which is now several tens of metres away in The Square. Link The building which dates from 1620 was given a new front in the early 19th century. Grade I listed in 1951.
