Ballewan Aqueduct bridge near Cantywheery
Built in 1885 as part of the Glasgow Corporation Water Works system to transfer clean water from Loch Katrine to Glasgow. Just visible in the trees beyond the aqueduct is the grille on top of a subterranean access chamber to the aqueduct.
