Lost Trawlermen
Lost Trawlermen
Part of the 9ft tall steel sculpture which depicts 13 trawlermen and a young boy standing in an overlapping line. It was created by local artist Peter Naylor was unveiled on 12th February 2017, as a memorial to honour 6000 trawlermen who were lost at sea. It was erected at St Andrew’s Quay because of its history as Hull’s fish dock, home to the deep sea trawler fleet.
