Bristol Homeopathic Hospital
Bristol Homeopathic Hospital
Bristol had a history of homeopathy from the early 1800s, with a department officially in place by 1852. The medical range of care was greatly extended with the opening of this homeopathic hospital; H.R.H. Edward, Prince of Wales, laid the foundation stone 10th June, 1921; the buildings opened in 1925. But the hospital finally closed in 2013, when the services moved to the new South Bristol Community Hospital site.
