The remains of Castle Sinniness
The remains of Castle Sinniness
This is all that remains of a medieval 'castle' probably dating from the late 16th century. Despite the name, archaeology notes from 1684 describe this as 'a good stone house'. There are farm buildings right beside the remains and it is in a very ruinous state.
