Sheep on east side of Murton Pike
Murton Pike is a steep, outlying top of Murton Fell. The distant mountain block lies across the valley, High Cup and although rising to over 2000 feet has no real name; it's known commonly among hill-goers as Backstone Edge but that is a name more properly applies to a feature of the western slope than the hill top.
