Flowering borage
Flowering borage
Borage (Borago officinalis), also known as a starflower, is an annual herb native to the Mediterranean region. Its leaves are edible and the plant is grown in gardens for that purpose in some parts of Europe. There is a growing demand for the special oil produced by the plant and for this reason the company behind the crop wants to increase its cropping area.
