Rhodes House, South Parks Road, Oxford
Rhodes House, built 1926-1928, is the headquarters of the Rhodes Trust, which funds international graduate students at Oxford, and serves as a meeting point in the town for those Rhodes Scholars. More details of the building can be found at LinkExternal link and more information about Rhodes Scholarships at LinkExternal link .
The Trust serves as a memorial to the empire-builder Cecil Rhodes, but it is probably fair to say that his original vision would have been for a student body rather whiter than is now the case.
