This narrow bridge (with alternate one way working, hence the traffic lights) carries Mary Vale Road across the Birmingham to Bristol railway line and the Worcester & Birmingham Canal. The decorative purple arch on the left is at the entrance to a walkway down to the Up (Birmingham bound) platform of Bournville railway station.
