Patching Pond Mead
Patching Pond Mead
The name of the field according to Patching's 1847 tithe map which is a remnant of a much larger former field that once stretched north to Arundel Road opposite TQ0805 : Patching Pond. That section was lost to the rerouting of both the A27 and A280 in the mid 1990s. To the west is TQ0805 : Furze Field.
