War grave, churchyard of St Mary's Church, Little Blakenham
Herbert Percy Welham, buried here, died in March 1916 and was Little Blakenham's only casualty of World War I. He is one of many Welhams buried here; nearby is the grave of Douglas Haig Welham, born in May 1916 shortly after Herbert's death. One wonders what the relationship was and what story lies behind this.
