Wetherspoon pub on the site of the demolished Collingwood Hotel, viewed across Sommers Crescent in June 2017. Admiral Lord Collingwood was Nelson's second-in-command at the Battle of Trafalgar (October 21st 1805). Collingwood took over command of the British fleet after the fatal wounding of Horatio Nelson.
