Going upriver on a homemade craft, Warwick
An adult and a child look forrard as the craft chugs upstream from Charter Bridge. With a handrail at the front and an outboard at the back, it appears to be a simple platform spanning twin hulls adapted kayaks or sculls, perhaps, or a cannibalised outrigger. Seen on a damp and gloomy November afternoon. I'm fairly certain that Warwick Boat Club monitors the river for obstructions such as fallen branches, and discreetly deals with them. This may be such a recce.
