SK1846 : The Bridge

taken 1 year ago, near to Ashbourne, Derbyshire, Great Britain

The Bridge
The Bridge
The bridge takes the A515 over Henmore Brook, a tributary of the River Dove.

The building on the right was originally the Three Horse Shoes public house. It was subsequently converted into a cycle shop and later Foster Brother's fishing tackle shop. This shop closed in 2000. LinkExternal link For a time it became Carey's wine bar. Now it is a Marston's house called The Bridge. LinkExternal link
