Cruising the Cut at Govilon
Cruising the Cut at Govilon
A hire boat from Goytre Wharf threads its way through Govilon on a rare glorious afternoon in August. In two hours of towpath walking this was the only boat I saw on the move. The Mon and Brec is a delightful landlocked contour canal with a character all of its own.
