One of a couple of spirited Georgian brick fronts on the street, busy with painted keystones and quoins. The doorcase is by A.P. Small, 1912. It bears the date 1873 too, denoting the date when the building began to be used as a library. Grade II listed.
Occupied by a pair of shops, Ohhhs! and the House of Charm.
