Confluence of Sow and Penk
Confluence of Sow and Penk
Looking down from the Two Waters Way bridge. The location of the confluence has changed over the years as a result of the creating of feeds to St Thomas Mill and navigation to Stafford on the River Sow. It used to be some way further west. The concrete remains to the left were part of a weir controlling the mill feed.
