SE0805 : Path junction on the Pennine Way

taken 1 year ago, 3 km from Holme, Kirklees, Great Britain

Path junction on the Pennine Way
Path junction on the Pennine Way
This is the top end of the path to Holme, via Issues Road, but it also leads to the footbridge over Marsden Clough, and the sign suggests going that way in very wet weather to avoid difficulty at the ford across Dean Clough. However the first part of this path is very wet, as is the alternative route to the right.
