This section, from close to NY8155 : Frolar Meadows running up towards Fell House and the southern NY8053 : Chimney at the end of the Allendale lead smelting flues is one of the longest extant parts of the double flue system. The flue to the east, running up to the NY8053 : The northern Allendale lead smelting flue chimney has entirely collapsed south of Frolar Meadows - see NY8155 : (The line of) one of the Allendale lead smelting flues.
