A cedar tree in Glan Conwy
A cedar tree in Glan Conwy
Reputed to have been planted in the mid 16th century but an arborist friend of mine suggests it's no older than 150 years.
It has recently undergone some surgery to make it safe, pity the bonfire caught the trunk.
The surrounding area is the former Ty Mawr farm, complete with rusty barn roof.
The farm itself ceased many years ago and the farmlands are now under residential housing.
