Railway crossing the A5
Railway crossing the A5
The railway runs between Oswestry and Gobowen, but was officially closed in 1966. There are plans to reopen it as a heritage railway, but negotiating crossings such as this would require a lot of thought. Meanwhile the traffic on the A5 is making slow progress.
