Bradley Viaduct
The last train crossed this 15 arch viaduct over the River Colne and the Huddersfield Broad Canal in 1937. It carried a goods only branch line from Mirfield Junction to Newtown Goods Yard north of Huddersfield.
The bridge is of a typical Edwardian era Midland Railway design with its use of blue engineering bricks and decorative arch linings.
Viewed from Dalton Bank Road north of Padanaram Farm.
