The mural is on the side of the Cooperative Funeralcare LinkExternal link building near the junction with Wellmeadow Street and High Street.

It was created by local artist Kevin Cantwell and features a tree with visible roots, Paisley pattern leaves and butterflies – all of which signify birth, roots and re-birth. There is also a place for The Snail In The Bottle LinkExternal link .

Several attractive murals are cropping up around Paisley town centre as part of the 2021 UK City of Culture bid LinkExternal link and supported by the Paisley First group LinkExternal link .
