taken 8 years ago, near to Muggleswick, County Durham, England

Gravestones in Muggleswick churchyard.
Gravestones in Muggleswick churchyard.
These are quite well known ones. The one on the left to the children of Nanny Mayor, has carvings by the local sculptor John Lough, who went on to achieve national fame in Victorian times. The marble one on the right is for Mrs Mayor's grandson.
