There is the following planning permission (approved 19 October 2016) “LA04/2016/0027/F Demolition of existing building and erection of 7 storey building containing 34 apartments Durham House Durham Street Belfast BT12 4GB”. The photographs submitted by me appear as a matter of record only. I have no connection with the redevelopment of the building and cannot enter into correspondence.
