Dalmoak Farm, as it is called on the map, is also known locally as Young's Farm. For the farm buildings themselves, which are indistinctly visible in the central part of the background, see NS3876 : Dalmoak Farm and NS3876 : Dalmoak Farm from the A812.

The present view of the adjacent land is from beside a NS3976 : Footbridge on Cycle Route. When a swollen River Leven encounters an incoming tide, the burn that usually flows under that footbridge can back up, contributing to flooding in part of the field, as shown here.
