Looking down the line
Looking down the line
The Aberdeen to Inverness line, opened in 1853 by the Great North of Scotland Railway. The elegant stone bridge in the distance, which once carried the carriage driveway to Leith Hall is B-listed (LB9182): LinkExternal link . In recent years rail-side vegetation has been allowed to run wild. Kennethmont Station was sited about 1 km to the east.
